Ben Stokes Domestic Career


In 2009, Ben Stokes call his maiden call up for his domestic side Durham. He made his debut at The Oval and took a wicket on the third delivery. He was included

in the test series against Bangladesh Under-19 team. He showed his all round skills during the series and helped his team in winning it.

Ben Stokes was then included in the English squad of Under 19 World Cup in 2010 where he smashed a century against India.

In the same year, Stokes made his first-class debut for Durham in Abu Dhabi. He smashed a half century on his debut. In 2010, he made his county debut against Essex.
